Orders & Payment
We only support one form of payment per purchase at a time.
Please confirm the accuracy of your provided payment details. If you're using a credit card and continue to encounter issues, we recommend reaching out to your Credit Card Issuer for assistance.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
We accept payment by all major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club)
APPLE PAY
During the shopping cart stage, you have the option to select Apple Pay. If your device is compatible, you can then authorize the payment using Touch ID or Face ID. The completed purchase will be visible on the screen of the iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.
PAYMENT WITH SHOP PAY
Split your purchase into four equal payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. We collect the first payment when you check out. The remaining 3 payments are collected every 2 weeks. You spread the cost over 6 weeks. Please note that there are no interest charges, commissions or additional fees. Payment options are offered by Affirm and are subject to an eligibility check and might not be available in all states. CA resident loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license.
Your order can be subject to sales tax which is determined by the specific state and local regulations corresponding to the shipping address. As you proceed through the checkout process, an approximate tax amount is included in your order total. The precise tax charges will be automatically calculated once the order is shipped, based on the zip code of the shipping address. The final taxed amount will be equivalent to or lower than the estimated sales tax, and this will be clearly stated on your finalized order invoice.

You can purchase Butterfly Effect garments and items solely on our official website. As part of our commitment to ensuring the authenticity of our products, we currently do not authorize any other platforms or third-party vendors to sell our items.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed and processed, you will receive a confirmation number. We asked that you kindly allow 3-5 business days for a shipping label to be created, and then you will receive a tracking number in which you can now monitor your package's location.
To monitor your order's progress, you can utilize the Track My Order tab at the bottom of this page or refer to the email notification confirming shipment, which includes tracking details. Please contact our client services for further assistance.
We kindly request your patience as processing and verification typically takes 3-5 business days. Following this, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. It is important to note that while all shipments are insured, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. As the buyer, you assume responsibility for any claims that need to be made with the shipping carrier. Should you have any inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
At this time, we do not provide expedited shipping options for orders. All orders are processed through our standard fulfillment to ensure fair treatment for all customers.

We do not offer international or overseas shipping at this time. Our delivery services are limited to domestic locations only.
Yes, you can. Please ensure that the billing address matches the one associated with your selected payment method.
Our signature Butterfly Effect packaging is used for all orders that are placed. Each order is safely and securely packaged to ensure its protection during transportation.
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
If you encounter missing or damaged items, please get in touch with our Client Services and provide photographs of the affected items.
Exchange & Returns
Eligible returns of products purchased may be made by mail. We cannot accommodate refund requests or accept returns based on concerns regarding sizing as we have provided accurate size information to assist in making informed choices. Packages sent first without contacting us will not be accepted. Return Requests must be made within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. We must receive the returned items within 7 days of authorized return to the Butterfly Effect return address listed on the return shipping label.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original new condition with original tags attached. All merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items must match those identified in the return request.

We currently are unable to offer product exchanges at this time as inventory is limited. However, should you encounter any problems with your item, please be aware that we gladly provide store credit for qualifying circumstances that might occur.
We offer a 2-day return/exchange window through our Return Form, or by contacting Client Services. The return window starts on the day when your item was documented as received. Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact.
Before sending the item back, please fill out the return form found here within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.
